1. Information We Collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form), and whether you registered as a customer or a dealer.
• Guest checkout details: if you order without an account, the name, email address, mobile number and delivery address you enter at checkout, used to process and deliver the order and to email your invoice.
• Address and business details: street address, city, state and pincode, and optionally your company name and GST number.
• Order details: the products and packages you order, quantities, prices, coupon codes used, delivery notes and order history.
• Payment details: payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We receive the payment status, payment ID, amount and payment method type (for example UPI or card). We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through server logs for security and to keep the website working properly.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your customer or dealer account and keep you signed in.
• To process orders, accept payments, issue invoices and send order and payment confirmations by email.
• To arrange delivery and, where included, installation of lightning protection systems at your site.
• To apply dealer tier pricing and coupon discounts assigned to your account.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support and warranty service.
• To prevent fraud, misuse of the website and unauthorised access, and to keep our systems secure.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Razorpay, to process your payments securely (see the Razorpay Privacy Policy).
• Courier and transport partners and our installation teams, limited to the name, phone number and address needed to deliver and install your order.
• Our hosting and email service providers, who store and process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Government authorities, courts or law enforcement when required by law.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart. These are essential for the website to work. We do not use advertising cookies on this portal.

5. Data Security

The website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff, and payments are handled on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant platform. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account information while your account is active. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting laws (generally up to 8 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws, you can ask us to access, correct or update your personal information, or to delete your account (subject to records we must keep by law). 8. Children

This portal is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
