Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

• Kerala: we deliver to all districts of Kerala.
• Outside Kerala: we also supply to other states in India. Delivery charges and timelines for locations outside Kerala are confirmed with you by phone or email before dispatch.

2. Delivery Charges

• Our residential Fixed Packages are priced landed at site, with free delivery anywhere in Kerala and no hidden charges.
• For individual products, delivery within Kerala is free unless a delivery charge is shown at checkout or agreed with you before dispatch.
• Any delivery charge that applies is shown on your order and invoice.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery within Kerala usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch. Deliveries outside Kerala usually take 5–12 working days after dispatch.
• Imported products (for example ALLTEC or LSG items) may occasionally need extra time if stock must be replenished; we will inform you of the expected date before dispatch.
• Timelines may be affected by public holidays, heavy rain and other events beyond our control.

4. Installation

For orders that include installation, our team will call you to schedule a site visit after delivery. Installation is planned according to site readiness and weather conditions. Safe access to the site and any required permissions are the customer's responsibility.

5. Receiving Your Order

• Our team or courier partner will contact you on your registered phone number before delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the goods.
• Please check the package on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Once delivered, the customer is responsible for the safe storage of the material until installation.
