1. About Us

Elsafe is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company specialising in lightning protection systems, surge protection devices and maintenance-free chemical earthing. We are sales and service providers for ALLTEC (USA), LSG PROTECT (France) and TEKSAI (India). More about us at elsafeindia.com and our residential packages at keralalightningprotection.com.

2. Accounts

• You can register as a Customer (homes, buildings and individual buyers) or as a Dealer (electrical contractors and resellers). You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Dealer tier pricing is assigned at Elsafe's discretion after verifying the dealer's business, and may be reviewed or withdrawn. Customer accounts are charged the standard online prices.
• We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, misuse coupons or pricing, or breach these terms.

3. Products, Prices and GST

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Product and package prices are shown excluding GST unless stated otherwise; applicable GST is added and shown separately at checkout and on your invoice.
• Product images may be representative illustrations. Specifications, coverage radius and warranty are as stated by the manufacturer for each product.
• Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is received and we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any payment) if a product is unavailable, the delivery location cannot be served, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

5. Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets or other methods offered at checkout. Elsafe does not store your card or bank details.
• Your order is confirmed once the payment is successful. An invoice / payment receipt is emailed to your registered email address and is available on your order page.
• If money is deducted but the order shows as unpaid, please contact us with your order number. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded to the original payment method.

6. Coupons and Discounts

Coupon codes are issued by Elsafe, may be limited to certain accounts, dates, order values or number of uses, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated. Elsafe may withdraw a coupon or cancel orders where coupons are misused.

7. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Prices for our residential fixed packages are landed at site within Kerala.
• Where installation is included (for example in fixed lightning protection packages), the customer is responsible for safe access to the roof and site, any approvals or permissions required for the work, and the safety of delivered material after delivery.
• Installation dates are agreed with you after the order is confirmed and may depend on weather and site conditions.

8. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty described on each product page (for example, replacement warranties offered by ALLTEC and TEKSAI). Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation by others, physical damage, tampering, or use outside the manufacturer's specifications. Contact us for warranty claims.

9. Important Safety Notice

Lightning protection and surge protection systems greatly reduce the risk of damage from lightning when correctly designed, installed and maintained, but no system can guarantee complete protection against every lightning event. Systems should be inspected periodically, including earth resistance testing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elsafe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, logos and text belong to Elsafe or the respective brand owners (ALLTEC, LSG PROTECT, TEKSAI and others) and may not be copied without permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
